Blue Seal Oven G1100

I have this oven in my sandwich shop in Cottesloe (Cottwich) which we now use over our conventional gas oven which had poor distribution of heat and also keeps going out.

After doing some searching online I come up with some details on my Blue Seal oven.

Preheating takes about 30 mins to heat the oven from cold to 180C, mainly because there is 2 massive pieces of concrete inside which are used to hold the heat and also help add to the ovens 380kgs of net weight.

The oven has auto ignition system, so once you turn the gas knob on the ignitor fires away until the gas lights up.
